- HISTORY:
- New to Aldershot & District in 1954, one
of a batch of 32 buses, 20 of which had East Lancashire bodywork. Operated
from Aldershot depot, mainly on routes 1, 2, 12 and 14 until 1965.
Sold to Youngs Coaches of Rampton near Cambridge
and worked on contract and hire for 4 years.Restoration progressed spasmodically
over the next 20 years with extensive work on chassis and body. Restored
to full Aldershot green livery.
